G SUPER SOPHMORE KJ SIMPSON (CHAMINADE CA) PUTS ON A SHOW @ THE MARANIST CLASSIC

Everytime KJ Simpson steps onto the court he's primed up and ready to go. It couldn't have been more apparent this past weekend as Simspon who plays for Chaminade Ca traveled with his team across country to play in the 1st annual Maranist Classic at St Vincent St Mary High School. KJ who has already played varsity as a freshman feels like there's no time like the present. He was explosive this weekend on both sides on the ball. He shot 3's, he stole the ball, and most of all he dazzeled us with his leaping ability, throwing down a few dunks, and contorting his body to make incredible layups.

"I grew 2 inches, and I weigh 175 lbs …I just feel Like Physically im better...knew I could do well in pressure situations because of the experience from the year I had...

Simpson's coaches also spoke highly of him saying that he hasn't hit a ceiling yet, and they look forward to continue watching him grow. If you didn't have KJ on your radar, now's a good time. Stay tuned.
